베트남 투자펀드 리모델링에 나서
○ 베트남 증시가 좀처럼 바닥을 헤어나오지 못하고 있자 운용사들이 베트남 펀드 리 모델링에 나서고 있으며, 펀드의 이름을 바꿔버리거나 투자 비중을 크게 줄이고 있 음
○ 이에 따라 `베트남 펀드`들은 실제로 베트남 투자와는 점점 거리가 멀어지고 있는 모습이며, 수익률 역시 여전히 저조한 상태로 지난 12일 펀드평가사 제로인에 따르 면 20개의 베트남에 투자하는 펀드 중 3분의 1만이 베트남에 50% 이상을 투자하고 있으며, 나머지 대부분의 펀드들은 베트남 투자 비중이 펀드 내에서 10%에도 못미 침
○ `동양베트남적립식` 펀드의 펀드 내 베트남 비중이 고작 15%에 그치고 있으며, 베 트남과 중국에 집중으로 투자하는 `도이치더블드래곤` 펀드도 펀드 내 베트남 비중 이 1.8%에 불과하고, 특히 지난 2007년에 선보인 `미래에셋맵스오퍼튜니티베트남& 차이나` 펀드는 베트남 비중이 현재 `제로`임

이처럼 베트남 펀드가 골칫덩이 취급을 받자 펀드명을 아예 바꾼 곳도 있으며, NH-CA자산운용은 `NH-CA 베트남 아세안 플러스 펀드`의 펀드명을 `NH-CA 파워 아세안 플러스 펀드`로 변경했고, 이 펀드는 10일 기준으로 싱가포르 투자비중이 약 29%로 가장 높고 우리나라가 22%, 인도네시아가 17%이며 그 다음이 말레이시아, 필리핀, 베트남 순으로 현재 베트남 투자비중은 0.66% 가량으로 매우 미미함
펀드를 출시한 당시만 하더라도 베트남 투자비중이 10%를 넘었으며, 차츰 베트남 투자비중을 높여 나갈 계획이었으나 베트남 증시 상황이 기대와 크게 다른 모습을 보여 현재는 거의 투자하지 않고 있음
양해안 NH-CA자산운용 운용총괄 상무(CIO)는 "펀드명에 베트남이 아세안에 앞서 나오다 보니 자연스럽게 베트남 투자비중이 제일 높은 것으로 오해할 수 있다"며 " 새로운 펀드 이름만으로 투자대상국가가 명확해 짐에 따라 불완전판매 예방도 가능 하다"고 말함

호치민시, 2010년 수출액 전년 대비 17% 증가
○ 호치민시의 2010년 수출액은 약 210억 달러이며, 원유를 제외하면 약 162억 1,000 만 달러, 전년 대비 17% 증가하였으며, 가장 높은 성장률을 보인 것은 농림수산물 로 29% 증가하였으며, 그 중 쌀은 16억 달러로 8% 증가, 커피 6억 2,300만 달러 로 81% 증가, 고무가 4억 9,600만 달러로 143% 증가함

○ 베트남 교통부 교통안전위원회의 보고서에 따르면, 작년 11개월 동안에 전국에서는 1만 4,442건의 교통사고가 발생하였으며 사망자 1만 1,449명, 부상자 1만 633명이 라고 발표함
○ 교통사고 발생 건수는 1,778 건이 증가하였으며, 사망자는 51명 감소하였고, 부상 자는 2,544명 증가한 것으로 나타났으며, 도로에서 발생한 것이 1만 3,731건, 사망 자 1만 1,060명, 부상자 1만 306명으로 조사됨

베트남, 올해 쌀 수출량 축소키로
세계 쌀 수출 2위국인 베트남이 올해 수출량을 축소하기로 했으며, 국영 베트남통 신(VNA)은 15일 식량협회(VFA) 소식통의 말을 빌려 베트남이 올해는 지난해보다 75만t 가량이 줄어든 600만t의 쌀을 수출할 계획이라고 보도함
소식통은 또 이 가운데 61.29%는 아시아 국가들에 29%는 아프리카 국가들에 수출 하기로 했다고 밝혔으며, 또 안정적인 수출가격 유지를 위해 지난해처럼 시장 상황 을 예의주시하는 한편, 아프리카시장의 경제여건을 감안해 중간대 가격의 쌀 수출을 확대하기로 했다고 전함

베베트남 부동산시장 회복 아직 요원
○ 침체에 빠진 베트남 부동산시장의 회복이 아직 요원하며, 영국 부동산업체 세빌스는 최근 사무실 과잉 공급으로 하노이와 호치민시의 지난해 4분기 사무실 임대 수요가 감소세를 이어갔다고 밝혔다고 현지 일간 탄니엔이 16일(현지시간) 보도함
○ 세빌스에 따르면 수도 하노이의 4분기 사무실 임대 수요는 전분기에 비해 1% 감소 했다. 월 임대료는 지난해 최저인 평방미터당 26달러(약 2만9000원)를 기록함
○ 사무실 공급량은 평방미터당 74만개 이상으로 전년 동기 대비 26% 늘어났으며, 세 빌스는 “향후 4년간 125개 프로젝트로부터 150만평방미터 규모의 사무실이 추가 공급될 것”이라고 전망함
