Healhwa 0.64% rate rise
(Sao Paulo AP) correspondent gimjaesun bobeseupa of Sao Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa) index, falling nearly 2 percent 22 days showed a sudden drop.

브라질 증시 4거래일만에 급락..1.78%↓
(상파울루=연합뉴스) 김재순 특파원 = 브라질 상파울루 증시의 보베스파(Bovespa) 지수는 22일 2% 가까이 떨어지는 급락세를 나타냈다.
이날 보베스파 지수는 개장 직후부터 약세를 거듭한 끝에 지난 19일 종가보다 1.78% 떨어진 69,632포인트로 거래를 마치면서 4거래일만에 하락세를 기록했다. 이날 하락폭은 지난달 19일(2.61%↓) 이후 1개월여만에 가장 큰 것이다.
보베스파 지수는 오후장에서 2% 훨씬 넘게 떨어지며 69,000포인트 붕괴 직전까지 밀렸다가 마감을 앞두고 어렵게 낙폭을 줄였다.
미국 달러화에 대한 브라질 헤알화의 환율은 0.64% 오른 달러당 1.73헤알에 마감되며 2거래일 연속 상승세를 나타냈다. 헤알화 환율은 이달 1.59% 올랐으나 올해 전체적으로는 0.75% 하락(가치상승)했다.
