Chongqing, 中(china) the first home property taxes will be imposed

   충칭시는 국무원 산하 재정부의 동의를 얻어 주거용 건물에 대한 재산세 부과를 이번 1.4분기부터 도입키로 했으며 세율은 해당 건물 가격의 1%가 될 것이라고 중국신문사가 전했다.

   중국은 사업용 부동산에만 가격의 70-90%를 과표로 적용해 1.2%의 재산세를 부과해온 반면 주거용 부동산에는 세금을 물리지 않아왔으며 충칭시의 이번 조치는 중국내에서 사실상 처음이다.

   중국 정부는 그동안 부동산 시장 안정 차원에서 재산세 도입 방안을 검토해왔으며 이번 충칭시 사례를 시작으로 베이징(北京)과 상하이(上海), 선전(深천<土+川>) 등으로 확대될 것으로 전망된다.

   중국 정부의 노력에도 불구하고 지난해 중국내 4대 도시의 집값은 전년대비 23~42% 급등한 것으로 나타났다고 신민만보(新民晩報)가 지난 5일 중국부동산정보그룹을 인용해 보도했다.
