A keyboard with iPhone handset detachable has been developed by a local maker. The keyboard, WOWKeys, successfully produced by interface specialist Omnio, helps users to input letters, numerals and signs to iPhone as well as personal computer. The product has enough space for iPhone or iPad handset to be installed with a connector for them, enabling the users to recharge the handset and input text messages immediately. The keyboard has separate space for a set of 12 keys for iPhone, helping the user to easily transmit text messages and emails and switch to Cacao Talk and twitters. iPhone holders also can use touchpad and numeral pad functions, with iPhone as a PC input device, while making it as multifunctions, such as enlarging or diminishing pictures and photos, with two fingers. “WOWKeys is the product like a stepping stone enabling a variety of functions of both computer and iPhone as well as input of text massages,” said an Omnio spokesman. 아이폰 키보드와 결합.."역시~" 아이폰이 탈•부착 가능한 키보드가 개발돼 화제다. 인터페이스 전문 업체인 옴니오에서 개발한 키보드 `와우키스`는 아이폰을 탈•부착해 PC뿐 아니라 아이폰에도 문자나 숫자, 기호 등을 입력할 수 있다. 이 제품의 특징은 키보드 내 아이폰이나 아이팟을 장착할 수 있는 공간과 전용 커넥터를 둬 충전과 동시에 텍스트 입력을 구현한 것이다. 또 키보드에 12개의 아이폰 전용키를 배치해 컴퓨터 키보드 사용 중 쉽게 아이폰 문자 메시지나 이메일, 또 카카오톡이나 트위터 등으로 전환이 가능하다. 또한 아이폰을 PC 입력 장치로 활용도 가능해 터치패드 기능, 숫자 패드 기능 등을 구현할 수 있고 두 손가락을 이용해 그림이나 사진 등을 확대•축소하는 멀티터치 기능도 가능하다. 옴니오 사장은 "와우키스는 텍스트 입력뿐 아니라 컴퓨터와 아이폰이 가진 다양한 기능을 서로 활용하게 하는 징검다리 같은 제품"이라고 설명했다.
