A couple in Britain had sex at a brightly lit pizza joint, completely oblivious to the fact that a crowd of onlookers had gathered outside and was gawking at them, news reports said Thursday. The pair got so involved that they forgot they could be seen through the window of the brightly-lit Pizza Express eatery in anchester, The Sun reported. People crowded the window and many took photographs on their camera phones. “We just assumed it was a couple of the staff who'd got carried away. We popped into a club, then later walked past the same restaurant. Things had hotted up,” a witness was quoted as saying. “The whole place was brightly lit and we had a great view. There was an empty bottle of wine and two glasses on a table.” A Pizza Express spokesman said: 'We are obviously taking this seriously and looking into the matter immediately.' 피자가게서 ‘애정행각 ’ 지나가던 구경꾼들 횡재 영국에 본점을 둔 세계적인 피자 체인업체 ‘피자 익스프레스’(Pizza Express)가 가게에서 애정행각을 벌인 점원 2명 때문에 때 아닌 구설에 휘말렸다. 영국 대중지 데일리메일과 선지에 따르면 지난 28일(현지시간) 밤 맨체스터에 있는 피자 익스프레스에서 남녀 점원이 구경꾼이 몰린지도 모르고 진한 애정행각을 벌였다. 당시 해당 피자가게는 문을 닫은 상태였다. 두 남녀 직원은 가게에 불을 켜면 밖에서 창문을 통해 내부가 훤히 들여다보인다는 사실을 몰랐다. 탁자에는 빈 와인병 하나와 잔이 두 개 놓여있었다. 두 사람은 피자가게의 주방에서 애정행각을 벌였고 이를 본 지나가는 사람들이 하나 둘 몰리기 시작했다. 분위기가 달아오르자 구경꾼은 점점 더 몰려 어느새 길거리에는 10여 명이 아예 자리를 잡았고, 카메라로 사진을 찍었다. 여자 친구와 지나가다가 이 모습을 봤다는 20대 남성은 “사람들은 진한 애정행각을 벌이는 모습에 당혹스러워 하면서도 이들의 모습을 지켜봤다.”면서 “정말 대단한 볼거리였다.”고 이들을 놀려댔다. 때 아닌 직원들의 애정행각 스캔들에 당혹감을 감추지 못한 업체의 대변인은 “본사는 이를 심각한 문제로 받아들이고 있다. 직원들의 고의성은 없는 것으로 보이지만 사건을 정확히 조사해 책임을 묻겠다.”고 밝혔다.
