■ Strength exercise:

Muscle strength is an essential exercise in the shoulder sickness of the fifties because it strengthens the muscles and ligaments around the joints to prevent injuries and helps the joints move smoothly.

Sit upright or sit down and lift your arms forward with light weight dumbbells or sandbags. It is also possible to use a lightweight dumbbell, a sandbag or a rubber band to rotate the arm outward. If it is a rubber band, turn the arm outward and repeat the 5-second pause five times.

After 5 to 6 weeks, we perform a rotation exercise that turns the arm inward. In other words, turn your sore arm back to your waist like a throbbing posture, raise your other hand with the towel behind your head, and hold the towel with both hands. Raise the other hand slightly to stretch the sore arm. The inner rotation is performed using a rubber band, and the stop is repeated 5 times for 5 seconds.

When exercising your shoulders, you should always try to force the lower part of the wing bone with the wing bone fixed. If the wing bone is fixed, the shoulder joints are used instead of the wing joints, so the dogs are getting better quickly.
