1.1.기상뒤. 양치후미온수 1컵 ㅡAfter waking up and brushing my teeth, I drink one cup of lukewarm water
2.홍삼청ㅡ2숫갈 I take two spoonfuls of red ginseng extract
3.호두 5알I eat five walnuts
  
4.찐 마늘 ㆍ꿀에재어 ㅡ5알
I eat five steamed garlic cloves soaked in honey
5.배추잎 ㅡ4ㅡ5잎ㆍ양념된장함께 I eat four to five cabbage leaves with seasoned soybean paste

6.블루베리 반그릇 ㆍ그릭요거트함께 

I eat half a bowl of blueberries with Greek yogurt
7.삶은계란 ㅡ1알I eat one boiled egg
8.두유 1팩 또는 1잔 ㅡ마무리
  I finish with one pack or one glass of soy milk
