   이번 겨울 들어 삼한사온이라는 말이 무색할 정도로 강추위가 쉴 새 없이 몰아친 데다 북극발 한파가 이달 내내 계속될 것이라는 심상치 않은 소식에 시민의 외부활동도 꽁꽁 얼어붙은 것이다.

   야외 활동을 자제하고 개인 난방용품으로 추위에 맞서려는 사람이 많아지면서 배달 음식 업소나 인터넷 쇼핑몰 등 일부 업종은 동장군의 덕을 톡톡히 보고 있다.

평소 한강 둔치에서 자전거 타기를 즐기는 회사원 황지연(33)씨는 최근 한 달 가까이 한강 근처에도 가지 않고 있다.
