여성면허 취득자도 1천만명을 넘어서 1가구 2자동차의 시대도 머지 않았다. 이처럼 자동차 시장이 커짐에 따라 지난해 196만대를 넘긴 중고차거래대수도 올해 200만대를 뛰어넘을 것으로 예측되고 있다. 그렇다면 국내에서 가장 많이 팔고, 사는 중고차는 무엇일까.

중고차사이트 카즈가 자체 사이트에서 거래중인 중고차 매물을 분석한 결과 지난 2008년식과 2007년식 중고차가 가장 많은 매물로 등록되었다고 발표했다.

발표내용에 따르면 지난 달 거래를 희망한 중고차 중 2008년식은 총 13.8%, 2007년식은 12.7%를 차지했다. 그 뒤를 2009년식과 2006년식이 각각 10%, 9.4%로 이어 5년 미만 최근 연식의 중고차가 절반을 넘었고, 2005년식까지 포함하면 차령이 5년 미만인 중고차 매물은 전체 60%를 넘는다.
