(서울=연합뉴스) 국기헌 기자 = 전국금속노동조합은 기륭전자에서 해고된 일부 비정규직 노조원의 고용을 보장하기로 이 회사 사측과 잠정합의해 장기 농성을 풀기로 했다고 1일 밝혔다.
금속노조와 기륭전자는 이날 오후 국회에서 조인식을 열고 합의문에 서명했다.
주요 합의 사항에는 금속노조 기륭전자 분회원 중 복직 등을 요구하며 지금까지 농성을 벌여온 조합원 10명의 고용을 보장하고 고소ㆍ고발을 철회하는 동시에 농성을 중단하는 내용이 담겼다고 금속노조는 전했다.
회사는 복직 유예기간 1년6개월 후에 노조원 10명을 정직원으로 채용하기로 약속했다고 금속노조는 말했다.
기륭전자의 비정규직 파견 근로자들은 2005년 7월 노조 결성을 이유로 해고당하자 복직과 직접고용을 요구하며 5년 넘게 점검농성을 비롯해 단식, 파업 등을 벌였다.
노조가 사측을 상대로 1천895일 동안 장기투쟁을 이어오면서 기륭전자 사태는 비정규직 전체 문제로 비화되기도 했다.
민주사회를 위한 변호사모임 노동위원회는 논평을 내 "기륭전자 노사의 직접 고용 합의를 계기로 정부는 파견업종을 확대하고 기간제 노동자에 대한 사용기간 제한을 완화하려는 고용전략을 철회하고 2년 미만 불법파견 노동자들을 보호하는 방안을 마련해야 한다"고 촉구했다.
